How can you register

Registration can be done by calling one of our Customer Care representative on 16227 or through SMS from your mobile phone.  Click here  for details on How to Register.

The processes are:

• Registration through SMS (process available in details at this link - How to Register.
• Registering by typing ‘reg’ and sending SMS to 16227. We will call to collect your information.
• Registration through Customer Care service (dial 16227)
• Assisted registration through our Community Agents in our Outreach Areas (Outreach coverage available in this map

Service Charge

• Registration through SMS is free
• Call us for registration at 16227 and press 1. This connects you to one of our Call Center agents who will register you to the service.
• Service charge for the messages are:
  • Voice (IVR) charge : Tk 2.00 (+vat) per message
  • SMS charge : Tk 2.00 (+vat) per sms
• Call Rate for calling the Aponjon Call Center:
  • Tk 2.00 (+vat) per minute (with a 10 second pulse)
